"As a complete yoga newbie, I thought “hot” yoga was going to be terrible idea. I was nervous about keeping up with the class and, of course, the 105-degree Fahrenheit room. To my overwhelming surprise, I absolutely loved it! The overall atmosphere of the studio (from student(s) to instructor(s)) altered not only my energy, but also my day. Alyssa Kemp, one of the instructors at HotFlo, teaches more than the usual Vinyasa, Pilates, or Bikram classes - she teaches the authenticity of “yoga” and communicates to those struggling with mental health. She was the first instructor I encountered at HotFlo, and she was challenging, but also, motivational and inspirational. I made HotFlo Studio apart of my everyday fitness routine. The class passes and memberships vary wide enough for it to fit whatever fitness journey you are on; I highly recommend."
