"Edit-07/16/24: I'm so glad to see the library has addressed the air conditioning issue! The library is now much more comfortable, thanks to the efforts of the staff. It was definitely a hot one in there before, so I'm happy my feedback helped contribute to this positive change. It's great to see that the library is taking steps to make it a more pleasant space for everyone. Original: This library is in a beautiful location and has a lot of potential, but I've noticed some recurring issues. The air conditioning has been broken on multiple visits, which makes it difficult to enjoy the space. I hope the library will address these issues soon to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone"

"The librarians here have the most attitude and aggressive tone while helping someone out with such a simple task. I was going to drop off my books and didn't have my card with me and I got heavily criticized for utilizing my parent's card that I have been using for years now to simply hold a book now that I just freshly became an adult. It felt as I was being scolded as a customer and all I wanted to do was just renew my books but the librarian was so disrespectful and looked down on me for not owning my own library card, which was simply not a priority of mine. She continued to berate me, when I just wanted to drop these books off and go. Two minutes afterwards I wanted to book a study room and then the librarian upstairs had the same attitude and aggression when I asked how to access the study rooms. They condescendingly made me repeat my question and asked "you mean can you make an appointment" when it was my first time utilizing library spaces and I didn't know how the process went, making me feel very dumb and unwelcomed. I felt very belittled at the library and thought it as a welcoming area to read and study but the workers here have no sense of empathy or kindness when working with their customers, which was extremely disappointing to say the least. I hope they can learn to keep their tone in control and realize how they speak to other people can truly affect someone."

"Although this is one of the largest libraries, the staff don't know "squat". I want there for a seminar, 1st they didn't know anything about it, then they said...just go upstairs to the multi-purpose room. It was so noisy, it was difficult to hear what was being said in my seminar. I was NOT impressed & won't be in a hurry to go back."

"Largest library around, although they are CLOSED all day Thursday so heads up. The people who work here are very helpful. Patrons here are of the older demographic so it's always super quiet even for a library. Only complaint is the bathroom toilets flush weird so that toilet paper often gets caught in the bowl and is unaffected by the water flow."

"My favorite library. Big windows and lots of community events. Staff is wonderful and helpful. They even have a 3D printer on the second floor now, though I don’t know the specifics about how to use it. Located right next to a playground and park with walking trails, tennis courts, and picnic tables! A wonderful place to spend an afternoon."
