"Loved Pure Barre originally but the customer service went down hill, unfortunately, once I was no longer able to continue classes (per the strong recommendation of a doctor). I provided a doctor’s note to the manager and requested a refund for the upcoming month and she told me she would look into it. Now it’s been a month, haven’t heard anything regarding the refund despite email and calls with no call back/email response. Super unfortunate that they got their money and dropped the ball on a customer. They love promoting their classes but can’t seem to assist a customer in a refund."
