"Mykel is an excellent personal trainer. He is knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. He is able to push me to do my best and is always taking my workout to the next level. He changes up the workout often so I am never bored and am always learning something new. I appreciate the value of having a trainer make sure my form is correct and that I am not hurting myself while working out and lifting weights. Working out is never my favorite thing to do, but Mykel makes it enjoyable and the time appears to fly by. When I miss a workout, I can feel a difference and can't wait to get back to the gym for a session. The gym is well maintained and very clean. He has a variety of exercise equipment, including TRX suspension training. I have been a customer for years and plan to continue for years to come!"
