Welcome to BCLS Foundation

Located at 5 Pioneer Boulevard, Westampton, New Jersey, the BCLS Foundation is a proud 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization dedicated to enhancing and supporting the Burlington County Library System. Established in 2015 by a passionate group of volunteers, our organization has rapidly grown to become a vital force in raising funds, securing grants, and advocating for our local libraries.

At the BCLS Foundation, we believe libraries are cornerstones of our community, promoting learning and providing invaluable resources for all. Our mission is to seek private financial support to ensure these essential institutions continue to thrive for current and future generations.

Supporting Our Libraries

We invite you to join us in our commitment to the long-term success of the Burlington County Library System. There are numerous ways to contribute, including participating in our endowment fund. Managed in partnership with the Community Foundation of South Jersey, this fund is designed to provide sustainable financial support to the BCLS Foundation. Your contributions, no matter how small, are professionally invested to maximize their impact over time.

If you have a donor-advised fund, we encourage you to consider recommending a grant to the BCLS Foundation. Consult your provider to learn how to process your grant and support our mission.

Community Events and Initiatives

Our community events, such as the Paint, Party & Uncover Your Inner Artist fundraiser, have been met with enthusiastic participation. With your continued support, we are excited to launch new initiatives, including a Virtual Reality program at the County Library, further enhancing the educational resources available to our patrons.

Holiday Closures

Please note that all branches of the Burlington County Library will be closed from Saturday, August 31, through Monday, September 2, in observance of Labor Day Weekend. For more information on holidays and closings, please visit our website.
