Our founder, Kristy Bennett, is a certified 500 HR RYT and Reiki Master, whose teachings are deeply rooted in the traditions of Darmachakra Yoga School and The Himalayan Institute. Kristy is passionate about creating an inclusive and safe space where acceptance and love are at the forefront of every class and interaction.
At Care.A.Soul, we offer yoga classes for all levels, ensuring that everyone—from beginners to seasoned practitioners—finds their perfect fit. Join us for Beginners Yoga every Friday and explore the gentle support of Chair Yoga on Sundays. For those seeking deep relaxation, our Restorative Yoga sessions on Saturday nights provide the perfect escape from the week's hustle. Additionally, we offer Meditation or Yoga Nidra on Tuesdays, allowing you to unwind and reconnect with yourself on a profound level.
We kindly ask our members to arrive at least 5 minutes early for class to settle in and prepare for an enriching experience. Should you need to cancel a class, please text or email us as a courtesy to your fellow yogis.
