"Love this library! Been going since I was in the middle school next to it (2006) ! Also love the CamCat system so much, how you can request books and movies and more from other libraries and they will send them to your library of choice for pickup! Works great for me since I don't have a csr right now especially. Also love how you can check the status of your requests on the CamCat website, along with due dates and making renewals all without having to leave your house! Last but not least, the fact that there are no more fees is amazing and makes me use the library more! Again, with the no car situation, it can be tough to get uo to the library in the harsh weather and the no fees policy takes the pressure off of feeling like I have to brave the bad weather when winter comes around to get up to the library to return my things on time to avoid the fee! This library deserves way more than 5 stars! - Monica"

"Took my son to the toddler story time today. Was unaware that registration was necessary nor was I informed of that by the librarian at the front desk when I asked if the story time was being held and she instructed me where to go. Overall I felt it was a sweet story time with cute books songs and activities. However, I was a bit put off when the instructor didn't provide my son with the craft supply for the day (a paper plate). As we were leaving she then questioned me on whether this was our first time at story time. I told her it was our first time at this particular library but we regularly attend at our local library. She then continued to tell me that really most libraries require pre-registration and that she's "usually accommodating" but when they're in the smaller room they can't always take people who just walk in. The way she was explaining it did not make me feel as though it was just helpful advice but rather like a warning that if I want to come again I'd better register. Anyway, I guess if you register beforehand it's nice, if you don't prepare to be made to feel like you shouldn't have come."

"Loudest library ever. People talk as casually as they would in their living rooms and the staff doesn't mind. Remember when librarians used to Shush people? Here, you're on your own. Invest in some noise cancelling headphones if you wanna get any work done. I can't make mine loud enough to drown out these chatty Kathys."

"I came to the library to read and get some work done at 10:15am on Saturday. I needed it to be quiet well unfortunately that was not the case. The employees at the front desk were very loud talking to each other. I did not want to use one on the room there because it was just me and other people could use them . I loved this library when I was in college but now I need to find a new one . If the employees need to talk then they should use the office that directly behind the desk."
