"If I could give them a zero I would. They are the worse. I ordered books in September, they didn’t arrive until November! I immediately tried to return them at my campus but the Camden bookstore won’t accept them since they came from New Brunswick bookstore. What the actual heck, it’s the same university!! Why make book rentals so complicated. I only had 30 days from the purchase date to return them. Yet, no one responded to my inquiry about my September order. When I asked for a return label, they said it wouldn’t be available until the end of the semester. NOW, they aren’t offering return labels and I must ship them at my own cost!!! I’m disgusted."

"The student employees are very nice. Didn't go to buy any goods. I just go to grab some snacks, get Starbucks and do work. The Baristas are awesome and this bookstore has the best snacks...healthy ones too and snacks you don't see anywhere else."

"Rushed here before a volleyball game to grab some gear quick and they were closed at 6:25. Sign shows 6:30 but all doors are locked and people working inside ignore you. Thanks for the hospitality; so much for wanting to show spirit!"

"A decent Barnes and Nobles slash University book store. Doesn't have as many books as a larger B&N but good enough. The cafe is decent as far as Starbucks goes."
