"Poor experience with The Fire Pit Collection Ordered a Tavola 6 on September 1, 2024 & didn’t receive until 11/16/24. I was told that the fire pit is custom made & it takes time to build. Upon several calls & emails, they admitted that our particular item was delayed longer than normal & would waive the delivery charge. That refund never happened. Also got white glove delivery but upon delivery the two men wanted to leave the 600 lb fire pit in our driveway instead of putting it in the backyard. I gave them $100 cash so they would put it in backyard. Note: white glove delivery provides placing the fire pit in a desired location (no more than 2 steps); we met those requirements. No hookup was provided & there weren’t any instructions on how to hookup to propane line. Lastly they could not provide the correct cover size for the fire pit and sent one that was too big. They said they’d send the correct size cover once it became available. I emailed them on 3/7/24 asking for the correct size cover and never got a response. I ended up buying a custom-made cover instead of getting the free one promised from The Fire Pit Collection. Overall, it was a very long and frustrating process dealing with The Fire Pit Collection. We did not get to use the fire pit at all last fall and was never compensated for our inconveniences."
"Terrible "Service" Placed an order. After waiting 2 weeks with zero info from them I called and left a message asking about my order. The next day I got an email that my order was cancelled. NO Explanation what so ever. They NEVER answer the phone nor contact you back. DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM"
