I was originally skeptical in buying a fixer upper home but through the help of Tak and his crew Nestor, Andres, Greg and Shawn, and their interior designer, Annie, our fixer upper is now a home that I could proudly call ours. Although we were a little behind schedule, every task was performed with great attention to detail. Tak, Annie and their crew were flexible and guided us through the vast options of materials in renovating our 4BR, 4bath house from top to bottom. They are professional, easy to collaborate with, and streamlined this intimidating and daunting process for us smoothly. We learned a lot on this endeavor and now that we have TCAC, no feat is too difficult! Best of all they guarantee their work and would come back right away provided it is within reason. Believe me, they have been back several times to fix minor issues around the house. overall we are very happy with them and would highly recommend them."

They were trustworthy/honest, experienced and clean! My kids loved greeting the workers every morning and they were always nothing but super friendly. But I can’t stress enough...their work is top notch and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product! They didn’t just throw builders grade materials at us either, we were able to pick what we wanted and adjust what we wanted to. Highly recommend Tak and his crew! We will definitely be using them again in the future!"
