"Just wanted to list a review for my mother, she used their services to remove siding a while back. They charged her $650 to remove 6 panels of siding off our house and an hour of his time. Then told her he had another job to go to, while he waited for the plumber to fix a leak which was the reason for the siding to be removed. Instead of going to sed job, he sat out front in his truck and ate lunch with a buddy of his. The plumber finished the work and the fletcher guy, put the siding back on. (took him 5 mins to take it off, and 5 to put it back on). So basically she paid him to take a lunch break in our driveway. Don’t pay these people a cent, use someone who is honest"

"Selling a house, had only two weeks to resolve roofing issue before closing, and Fletcher called back immediately and came to evaluate the NEXT DAY! The roofer who put on my roof 3 years ago provided service under warranty so I did not use Fletcher but wow, what service!! Very appreciative!"

"Never use these guys, they left a bunch of rusty nails on my roof and both my wife and I got flat tires. It's been 3 weeks since they were supposed to come out and 'take care of it' but nothing. Worried my kids (both under 3 years old) will step on one. :( now they wont answer the phone."

"Roof installed about 13 years ago - I remember the job going smoothly. Immediately after installation, however, one of the recommended roof vents started leaking causing some minor drywall damage in the house. They did repair this asap (hence, at least 2 stars). Fast forward to 2018 and a different roof vent is now leaking. Called Fletcher again, spoke to Mike and setup an appointment for someone to come by to inspect and calk the vent. He missed the appointment window (wife needed to leave for Dr. appt) and left a card in the mailbox. Over the next week, both my wife and I left numerous messages, at different Fletcher phone numbers, attempting to reschedule. Never answered any calls, never returned any calls. Finally contacted another roofer who sealed the vent (a 15 minute job) and also identified enough hail damage to warrant an insurance claim... so I'm getting a new roof. Not professional behavior."

"Had an insurance claim for damage and reached out to them to do some work. They came over, gave me a quote and then took my insurance papers that I needed signed for the insurance company and said that they would be back the next day to return them and never showed back up and don't answer the phone when I called their office multiple times. If you need serious professionals please do not use these guys -- I wish I could give no stars!"
