"Vinny and Dean first came out about 2 years ago when we were having some issues with the well pump. They were able to replace the control panel and warned us that we were probably going to have to replace the 20+ year old pump at some point. When we called again on a Thursday morning, no water since night before, they squeezed in a visit between stops to see if it was a "quick fix" again or not. They remembered us from our initial call. Unfortunately we needed a new pump in our 500-foot well. They promised to return the next day and came back first thing Friday morning, and pulled everything - checked it, and installed the new pump. Explained everything. Were here maybe 4 hours and we were all set. Really great people to work with. Husband says "they come when you call, are friendly and knowledgeable, work hard to keep costs down, and even take off their shoes before they come in the house! Can't ask for anything more.""
