"MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BIG CHECK BOOK WHEN YOU COME TO THIS PLACE, VERY EXPENSIVE, RIP OFF"

"Terrible costumer service. I had an inquiry about pricing and availability since I was worried about my cat and of course the pricing of it as well. The lady that picked up the phone answered a couple of my questions and hung up before I could finish. To make matters worse, I called again seeing for availability just for her to leave me on hold and then proceeds to hang up on me. This is outrageous. 1 star review, I recommend you don't come here."

"If you are like me, not wealthy but truly love your furbaby, and your furbaby needs immediate care, please don't put yourself or you furbaby through more pain by visiting this clinic. unless you have plenty of money to spend at the time of treatment. Against the advice of quite a few locals, I used this vet due to them being so close to where I live, After my last visit, it will be my last. If you go here and your furbaby needs immediate attention, that is expensive. Do not expect sympathy or any understanding if you can't pay in full at the time of treatment. There are no payment arrangements, no exceptions. You can, however, expect a judgemental comment or two to make you feel like its your fault they won't treat your furbaby. In the end, you will be walking out without your furbaby being treated, even if the condition is serious. Maybe the real issue is I can not afford to buy a vet that treats me and my furbaby with sympathy, compassion, and respect. As far as cost goes, the prices really don't add up to me either. Ex: a full historectomy and infection removal was cheaper than having an external cyst/growth removed that had busted open. The external removal was almost double the price. I could not afford to pay the quoted price in full and was turned away, even with the cyst/growth being open and possibly infected. Before leaving, the doctor made sure to tell me the growth needed to be removed soon and took the time to make it seem like it was my fault eventhough my furbaby had been seen there before to have it removed when it was not that serious. But since she was overweight, he would not help my furbaby at that time. I followed his instructions to try and get her weight down, but my furbaby is not super active and she has not lost that much weight, but funny enough for a higher price, now they could help. Long as I could pay it. Since I could not out the door, I went without even new gauze on the open wound. They did not even remove the gauze I had the wound wrapped in so not even sure they took time to really examine my furbaby. They did not offer any real assistance, and the best help I received was some pain meds and collar that i had to ask for and, of course, be able to pay for right then. Seems to me that money is more important to them. At this point, I wish I had listened to all the locals that told me not to take my furbabies here. I can only guess the good reviews came from routine care, which is not super expensive, or it was from people who have plenty of money. As for me, my furbaby needs help, and I am on my way to a different vet. Oh, and on a side note, the vet I am on my way to see has never seen me or my furbaby before and was happy to see my furbaby but went a step further and offered a payment arrangement sight unseen. It's still not as affordable as I would have hoped but more manageable and, at minimum, shows some compassion."

"We used this vet for a couple years before we moved out of state. When we moved back there was no doubt that we would be returning. I don’t know what happened in the last three years, but they are trash. First, you never know if the lady behind the desk is going to be in a good mood or short with you. They sedated our dog for a procedure and told us to come back in two weeks for removal of small ear drain and suture. No vet We have ever been to charged for this removal. It was included in the price of the surgery. We had a cats eye removed in NM and even they didn’t charge for suture removal of THEIR OWN sutures. Our dog was in the back for 2 minutes. The only good thing about that place is the kindness and patience shown by one of the male vet techs. Super disappointed in the quality of service they provide."
