"The owners raise the rent every chance they get and do NO improvements to the park at all. For as much as the lot rent is the water should at least be drinkable!! Miss the old owners that actually cared about the park instead of these money hungry lawyers that are just looking to make a buck!!!"

"Best thing I can say about the place is the huge speed bumps have been removed. Yes, people speed through... speed limit is never enforced, and having a community pool comes with it's own set of issues but it is a nice place to swim. New owners have the place so I can't comment on how they are to deal with."

"I used to live here. It's a trailer park with nice roads, a pool and a clubhouse. My only complaint was that my neighbors were the worst of the worst with no respect for others and the management there never did anything about it. If management would step it up it would be a great affordable place to live. The other members of the community were good people."
