"Delaware Mortuary Debacle This is the worst memorial service I have ever seen! No standard of professional compentency! The evening before the service, the family arrived at the funeral parlor, to view and inpsect their loved one, they were welcomed and fully viewed, the staff preparing another familys' corpse for burial, no funeral director in sight! Clearly, the Delaware Board's statutory authority, to regulate and protect the public from unsafe mortuary practices and maintain standards of professional competency and service delivery was not followed. 24 Del. C.,Chapter 31. The day of the memorial service again, no funeral director in sight! I have never seen a funeral service directed like this. There was no order, complete chaios!
