"I Checked in a 1pm My Appointment was at 1:15. I was taken in the back rather quickly. But I waited in the Room for 1 Hr before I saw the doctor. This is really ridiculous. I’m so upset!!"

"Wheelchair entrance locked. Waiting room has little to no room for wheelchairs. Staff did not bother to move chair for wheelchair patient to check in. Waiting room TV was so loud it was impossible to hear check in questions. Waiting room temperature was 75 degrees. No privacy during check in. Staff was more concerned with Christmas decorations than patients. Horrible and completely oblivious office staff."

"As far as the staff goes, 5 stars!!! As far as the facility goes, I think it’s a bit out-dated for the times we’re living in. It’s difficult to get a good night sleep because of the noise staff and patients make. ie; Patients leaving tv’s on all night. The biggest challenge for me was that they were not in compliance with ADA Toilets for being a Rehab Facility. This was a major challenge for myself. The staff was kind enough to help me and understood the importance of having an ADA toilet. I’m hoping that this will change in the coming days/weeks."

"Dr. Popescu is the best doctor, hands down!!!!! I feel incredibly lucky to have her treating my myasthenia gravis. She is very compassionate, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and spends as much time as needed listening and explaining things to me every single appointment I have ever had. When I have had hospital stays she has come in to see how I am doing. I believe she is doing everything she can to help me feel better, from IVIG treatments, to physical therapy, to medications, to xrays and tests. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to feel the best they can. The front desk staff and nurses have always been kind and helpful to me. I’ve never experienced any problems with scheduling appointments, referrals, or getting paperwork filled out. My insurance requires me to have a referral, and it only lasts for 3 months I believe. Whenever a new referral is needed the office calls me in plenty of time to remind me to acquire a new referral, which is extremely helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Popescu, if I could give her a million stars instead of 5 I would. I highly recommend this office."

"We arrived 30 minutes before our appt. My son forgot his license for verification and they would not take him and we asked if we could run home and get it she said yes your appt. Is not until 3 so off we went we arrived back at 3:15 at which time she told us with a STRAIGHT face that we would have to reschedule because we were 15 minutes late mind you there was not another patient in the office to be seen and they would NOT take us. I HIGHLY recommend you do not go to this office. Now I know why there were so many BAD reviews for this office!!!!!!!"
