"I was running late on my first visit and when I got to the office everyone was so pleasant and kind and patient and understanding and took me right away. That tells a lot about a practice. I am living in a really bad living condition with being bullied by neighbors and a landlord who don't fix anything causing the health issues I have to be worse and to have new ones developing so my first visit was hard, but the Secretary kindness and the nurse's kindness and Dr Trom listen and was very patient and ordered blood work and said we would start from there. She even listened to the things I am dealing with and didn't cut me off like other doctors would of and really listened. She cares like a doctor. I am very blessed to have found this practice. Everyone is a team and works together."
