"I had a pipe burst and my plumber recommended I call a Public Adjuster. The water damage destroyed my kitchen and bathroom! He said I would get less than I deserve if I tried to handle the claim by myself. A friend used them and she spoke highly of their work. I was extremely pleased with their thorough inspection and they were very familiar working with my insurance company. I got way more than I thought possible and I'm in love with my new kitchen and bathroom. I would give 6 stars if I could!!"

"Don't waste your time with this unresponsive jerk. We had some trees fall in our backyard and called Reuben who came out to assess the damage to our house. He told us what he thought and recommended a tree service. His guys came out and sent us an outrageous estimate (when we had other companies come out, they all gave us estimates less than half of Reuben's guy). We then followed up via email and phone messages and he hasn't responded in over two weeks. Total fraud. Don't waste your time."
"I can describe my experience with RP Adjustment Group in one word, Awesome! I recently had a pipe break due to the freezing weather and it caused significant damage to my home. I called my insurance company and they sent in their restoration company to dry out my house. They offered me $7k and the restoration company kept telling me they could "repair" everything. I didn't like the sound of that because the damages were devastating. I found RP Adjustment Group online and the owner came out to investigate. I got a brand new kitchen, bathroom and basement, not some repairs. It took a while and I was frustrated with how the insurance company just didn't want to pay me what I actually needed to have the work done. I have already recommended Ruben to a co-worker of mine!"
