"I went through the drive through and the girl was the absolute worst ! All the years I have been a customer I have never dealt with someone that terrible! She wanted to be funny and take care of all the other cars that pulled up after me. and kept sending my slip back out being a smart a** all the years I been a customer this was the only ignorance I ever dealt with! I couldn't catch her name but she was there at 4.40pm and had long braids."

"It would have a five star rating if the bank was open for business after 5pm. In the good old days of Commerce Bank the drive through was open until 8pm. I'm sure I'm not the only person who misses these convenient hours."
