"I spoke with the bank manager today about a memorial shrine that has been implanted on their property for many years. She agreed to discuss it with UPPER administration and follow up with me. Cemeteries are where we memorialize our deceased loved ones. Let's see what the outcome will be considering that racism is alive & well in America."

"Husband told to pay on principal for our home equity loan, he has to go into the bank do in person. He goes in..paige tells him can do on line...can not. She will do. She puts it all to next month..instead of principal! So if we hadn't checked, we would not have know. My husband called main loans department and they are suppose to fix. How many people have had paige deal with their patyments and not posted correctly, therefore giving td bank more interest money. Not acceptable."

"They signed me up for the wrong account so they could make a commission. My paperwork/agreement is for the correct account. Cost me roughly $100 a month in fees, over years to my business. Worst bank to deal with out of them all. Any issues you get with TD, file them with the OCC and it will get handled swiftly."

"Walked in and was greeted by the nicest staff. I was able to sit down right away with Camie Profera and also got to meet Christine Dixon who i spoke to on the phone the day prior. They were both very friendly and helpful. They worked together to get me a business account, debit card ,business credit card and a cool gift bag all done in less then 20 minutes!! I would highly recommend banking with this branch specifically! They are the best of the best hands down! Thank you both for a fantastic experience!"

"This is the 3rd TD bank in about 20 minutes that we have been to. The first two were unable to help fix the issue we had (Just getting a new debit card). Get into the lobby and the wait is ridiculous so understaffed. After the run around today definitely changing banks, going to Bank of America !"
