"This location I can NEVER deposit cash into their ATMs after hours/late night! I tried both the drive thru and the atm located inside. This is frustrating especially when they just replaced the ATMs with a new one! VERY INCONVENIENT!! FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP!"
"Someone in their drive thru needs to have herself back in training immediately!! It's completely unprofessional to shout or say how much money an individual is getting back especially!!!, When they did not ask nor hint at all they wanted to know that information. The other 6 cars in drive thru could be criminals looking to follow me home after they hear that. I didn't ask nor ask nor hint, Why are you saying over the speaker that information? Completely unprofessional and back in Farmers and Mechanics bank days, you would have been fired for sure for that to a customer in a drive thru."
"A friend of mine was saying that in this day where everyone and the mother of them want to hack your financials that while he was trying to keep himself and his financials safe by making a deposit into his account with a deposit slip the teller actually forced him to use his debit card with the deposit slip or she was refusing to take the deposit. He said no other TD banks ever came close to that over last 25 of his deposits and was thinking the teller was likely in on hacking or the bank manager who is the one requiring this ridiculous move when one has a valid deposit is in on a hacking ring of some sort. He said he would not use that TD ever again and neither will I."
"I won't use the Clement's bridge road TD Bank. Electronics do not rule my life. I fill out properly a DEPOSIT Slip with my full account number and hand you cash to deposit with the slip. The tellers response is "oh we need your debit card" The heck you do. My stuff ain't being put at risk of getting hacked because I'm simply making a valid cash deposit with a valid deposit slip. What's the slip for then? Every other TD bank I use the slip at with cash is NO PROBLEM! The customer service response is "it's at the bank manager discretion on the debit card needed brought into the transaction or not". Okay then I won't go to any location where thats required for a deposit then and I don't. Every other TD bank doesn't need it and why would they?"
