I have to say with diet and excercise (and for the 1st time I am eating enough and have plenty of energy for excercise, I am 58) the weight is coming off and I feel soooooo much better!!!! I truly truly recommend going to LaRocca weight loss. I finally I have found my way to a healthier me which I was so desperate to find and the pain is 85 percent gone! No gimmicks! Her medical technician is absolutely wonderful as well!"
