"If you are looking for a bank that does not care about its clients and has horrible customer service, than this branch of BOA is for you. BOA has decided to close on Saturdays and not open till 10:00am on weekdays to minimize the time that customers can be provided with in person service. Last month I went to the bank to have a document notarized. When I arrived, I was told it would only be a few minutes and that there were two notaries. After a half an hour wait the manager told me I would have to come back as there was only one notary. I asked the manager why they didn't tell me that when I walked in. I also asked if he was a notary as he had notarized a document previously. He hesitated and then said yes but did not have an office to notarize something. Clearly he did not want to actually work or help a customer. I was told to see a teller and make an appointment. After taking all my information they informed that they could see me the next day at the end of the day. I left and went to Chase and they immediately greeted me as a valued customer and notarized the document for me and said come back anytime. At this point, based on the customer service and available hours for this bank, it would be best to close this branch and use the space for something that would be a better benefit to the residents."
