"Long time customer and always received great customer service from Jackie. She always going the extra mile. The new manager Sherry seems very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't really had experience with the other staff but if you ask for these two pretty sure you will have a great experience."

"At one time this bank was a good bank. My ex husband changed his home address with the banks months ago. Went in on 4 different occasions and today was the last. The first time, gave new license, bank scanned it, but can't seem to get it in the computer. Checks ordered, 3 times. First time, no checks, 2nd time, wrong address and today went back and spoke to someone again. Customer service sucks, except Jackie. If the bank can't get it right this time. Closing accnt and Bank and Insurance will be called."
