"UPDATE: Only fair this gets posted to the correct spot and the VA has yet to inform me of my filed complaint status after more than a year. Drove OVER an hour to get here to be asked for ID immediately when entered (made a joke about seeing her ID first as I showed her mine and she was scanning my temperature! Did I have a temp? She said nothing) I was then told wear a mask or leave bc SHE didn’t want to cancel 40 appts and is/was? Sick…. I reluctantly agreed and then she told me she was not comfortable with me there. Unbelievable way to treat a disabled veteran."

"I was injured in a car accident back in October 2022 my head was hit twice the person that hit me fell asleep behind the wheel probably was stretching thinking he was on his bed . Violently threw me from first to third lane and hit me a second time on the driver side Since then I am struggling with anxiety severe headaches depression I kept falling because my balance is off and very uncomfortable most of time. But now because of Dr. Osborne I am able to deal with it She is the most compassionate and caring person and I am very lucky to have her as my doctor, when she talks to you she really takes time and make sure you understand everything.
