"My pharmacy has been requesting a prior authorization for months and I have been calling as well for a medication I need daily. I've had to pay for it out of pocket once already. Doctor Mazure also knew that I was unemployed and requested a Covid lab for me during our first appointment although I told him I did not want one, or believe it was necessary. Covid tests can be purchased at a pharmacy at an affordable price as everyone knows. The lab came out negative, my insurance didn't cover it, and I now have a bill for about $250 that I cannot pay. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Cooper altogether, because the doctors do not care about you and only see you as their cashcow from my experience. Coming from someone who saw both a primary care physician, a psychiatrist, and unfortunately had to witness the poor practices of the emergency room in Our Lady of Lourdes when my husband had a pseudo seizure. You will not be listened to by these doctors and end up with labs, or tests that don't apply to your symptoms, and end up paying double when you have to find a new physician that will actually advocate for their patient."
"Seemed hungover upon visit. Did not seem compassionate or caring. Surprised really he is a doctor. Wish I did my research before using him. As soon as I clicked reviews it shows he has a 2.7 out of 5 on healthgrades. Most reviews are quite similar to this as well. Therefore I don’t feel bad or that I am being over reactive in my review."
