But this morning was my first time visiting the Deptford Center, everyone was polite, helpful and mostly respectful! I’m big on respect. Staff constantly asked was I ok did I need anything. Definitely will be returning if they need help"

"If I could give this place no stars I would. If it is the same DON that worked there 3 years ago she should be in jail she knows all about everything going on there. State is not coming down the right people. Your loved ones are not safe in this facility coming from someone that worked there and quit due to poor standards of care."

"Hello I worked here. Was great in the beginning When the administration switch ,and all the good mangers started to leave should have been my sign , I did the major turn around in housekeeping when I got there it was out of control and dirty from floors to curtains to outside building ,I made sure curtains got clean to even straighten the basement to making sure the building had proper equipment to scrub floors ,even cleaning the 50,000 beer cans behind the building that hasn't been touched in 5 years. In 6 months of me being there. the staff let me know how great I did compared to previous mangers. But my own management team seem to not care or recognize what I have accomplished not a bad place just needs positive administration and management I wouldn't send family.. Terrible management in admin"

"I've been trying to reach my friend for 5 days nurse told me on two separate actions to ring the phone and she would go in the room and pick it up. But no one ever answered the line. However after 5 days a nurse did infact call me from his room and while speaking to him for 60 sec the line went to holding I guess cause all I'm listening to everything about the depford center being warm and just perfect. Get stronger at D C families and community. Her voice is driving me crazy I think I need this place"

"This place is very unprofessional and ghetto, choose another place to work or place your family member. They are only willing to provide proper nursing care when the state is in town; Otherwise, they couldn’t care less. One of the nurses has a crazy boyfriend that calls all night, making myself and other nurses afraid that it will become an active shooter situation, and the fat nursing supervisor (that obviously can’t manage his own health) doesn’t have a clue of how to supervise. The only reason why I gave one star is because zero is not an option."
