"I was a new patient with the doctor. I was told to get x-rays prior to my appointment.. and I did so. On my visit Dr. Polakoff talked with me gave me a 3 minutes physical exam, and diagnosed me. I asked about the x-rays and he said they were not good images that were forwarded to him and he could not read see them clearly. He said maybe some physical therapy would help, I asked if he could get new images from the lab and he said he would look into it. I expected a call form him but nothing for a week. I had to call the office for an update and he never took my call His associate told me that the doctor wanted me to go for a MRI. I did again nothing from the doctor. They wouldn't even share the findings with me. I asked for a call from the doctor.nothing I called the office again to find out that he is on vacation for 2 weeks. I have since moved on to another doctor. Do not use a single practitioner doctor office. I am sure he billed insurance for what I am not sure."
