The unethical and hostile environment that the residents are living and staff is working in is created by management. There is minimal to no collaboration within the company's services, leading to inconsistent services and staff for the residents."

"My experience staff were racist and I was qualified for a social worker position and they were holding that position for someone that wasn’t finished school yet. My experience you had to get permission from your current supervisor to apply to another position. That’s how I learned they were saving the job for someone else. Horrible"

"As a paraprofessional this is not the agency you want to work with. They pay less than other agencies and if you ever have an issue good look getting a hold of someone or getting a response. They're very unorganized as well. I had quit a few months back after 10 years of working due to a hostile work environment and was still getting phone calls from them despite me notifying them that I was leaving. I have more serious issues I could report but at this point I want nothing to do with this company."

"I was an intern for the marketing department at Easter Seals for two months this summer. I really loved the whole experience. Everyone was friendly and receptive from the start. The work that I was assigned was meaningful both to the department/the organization and to my personal development. The people here appear relaxed (everyone smiles and greets you, even if they don't know you), but they are hard workers who are always coming up with fresh new ideas. I miss this place, but lucky for me, they're close by so I can visit. Absolutely would recommend volunteering here!"
