"When I was told I needed an appointment prior to my colonoscopy, Dr. Shiver had her assistant and nurse meet with meI In the past Dr. Rho always met me and discussed my concerns, and scheduled the date and time of procedure. I booked a date with the nurse. No time was assigned.They were suppose to call me with time of procedure the day prior. I fasted all day and worked all day. I called office and was told they would let me know later in the day. Alas, I never heard back from their office . I called answering service and left message. No reply. I was very confused. as I was suppose to finish the prep yet still not knowing the time of my appointment! Needless to say, I am upset with the unprofessionalism of Dr. Shiver and her staff and will find a new endocrinologist!"
