"Gutowski performed multiple hip procedures on my wife with poor results. On her left side she developed an infectiion after he performed surgery on her. He ordered a MRI which showed the extensive infection-he was going to Florida the next day but called with his colleague Brian Culp explaining the she would see Culp the next day to have the hip washed out. Culp declined to perform the surgery and 2 days later she was septic. On the right side Gutowski did a replaceement and then a revision after the replacement was unsuccessful. The revision was also unsuccessful and the device became loose in her hip with screws sticking into a vein. Gutowski said he was retiring and could not perform the surgery needed. When asked for a referral he replied he was old and did not know anybody to recommend-he said "Look on the internet." Behind the big smile and the smooth talk is person who really does not care for his patients and who is of low moral character."
