"Terrible branch. I moved out to Flemington about 4 years ago and have always had issues. Most of the issues are related to being understaffed. The tellers are very nice and appreciative of your patience, but they NEVER have enough staff. I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive up line, and instead of saying they were very busy or letting me know they just made me wait and never came back. This is not the first time it has happened. After waiting I was told it was because there was no manager on duty and they had to call the manager. How is there not a manager always on duty? I feel for the employees here - upon going into the branch for the first time in awhile, they completed renovated the inside. How about take that budget and hirer the appropriate staff to support the branch. I already moved all of my business accounts to a local credit union and after this recent experience will be doing the same with my personal. It is a shame, because my branch in Mendham, NJ was fantastic."

"Chelsea is a wonderful teller and always takes great care of me. I do feel bad for her as this location always seems to be understaffed and the wait at the drive thru can be very long. I hope in the new year they can add more employees to improve the overall customer experience."
