"Family emergency overseas. Needed to have extra medication for the length of time I would be there. Called the office 4 times throughout the day explaining what time I needed by and they could not take the time or communicate properly to have the script over to my pharmacy. Seems like the service has suffered since the move to the new office. Does not seem like the same personal care it once was."

"Just moved back from NYC and was looking for a new doctor. My brother said Dr. Friedman was great so I made an appointment two months ago for a physical which wouldn't be available until this week. Today, just three days before my appointment, they call me to say that he isn't accepting new patients and tried to push me off onto someone else. Unbelievable. He may be a good doctor but it is clearly not a good office."

"I went to see Dr Friedman m, July 2020, but ended up with a nurse practitioner as a new patient. She prescribed some tests and I returned assuming I would see the doctor. I then took another blood test as I wanted them 3 months apart. I asked the NP when I can see the doctor. This was October 2020. She told me that the earliest appointment would be in March 2021. Ridiculous!!! Then I had a request from my new doctor (obviously) to have my gynecologist records sent from Friedman’s office to my new doctor’s office last February 2021. I’m now at my doctor finding out that none were sent. Would NOT recommend this doctor."
