"Do not use this practice, they are the most unprofessional and incompetent medical facility I have ever come across in my life. His secretary/ staff member named Theresa is the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered in my life. She talks over you and hung up on me and my mother instead of addressing the issues, several times in one day. And when I asked for the doctor to contact me regarding her rude and unprofessional behavior, she would not put the doctor on the phone or have the doctor call me back, and instead she sent a letter to our home, dropping my mother and sister as patients. Theresa was also very rude anytime you called for a referral and would never send the referral to the doctor’s office it was supposed to go to. She is completely incompetent. Dr. Gringeri also would not give my mother a physical needed before a surgery."

"My husband and I had been patients for many years. In the 80's and 90's he was a great doctor. Now it's hard to give 1 star. Staff is rude. He personally will never call you back just staff. My husband needed home health care after hip surgery and he would not sign off on it. I really don't get how this practice still has patients."

"It is very hard and upsetting for me to leave a 1 star review for Dr. Gringeri, but I just can't say he is the same Doctor that he used to be. My family (4 members) have been going to Dr. Gringeri for 20+ years, he started as my pediatrician and then became our entire families doctor shortly after that. After an incident with my Mother (who has been going though extreme back pain issues) where she got upset with him for his lack of help and expressed this to him, he proceeded to not only tell her she was no longer welcome at his practice, but my entire family. My main concern is not with what happened between him and my Mother, but the fact that he was so easily willing to drop an entire family he has been seeing for 20+ years. This is what really made me realize what kind of doctors office this has truly become. If you just have a cold, this is the Doctor for you, he wants his easy retirement. But if you have any serious issues going on and want to have someone truly fighting on your side, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere."
