"Horrible, I'd rather be waterboarded. You can only converse with a computer that will not put you through to a person."

"My sister lives in Brooklet. The postman is remarkable. He helps and cares very much for mail recipients. My sister's birthday gift was delivered promptly. God bless and keep this post office."

"My daughter had the most awful experience at this post office getting a passport. The lady was rude and my daughter was told that she couldn't smile. I have a never heard of that rule and I am smiling on my passport and I sent my other daughter to a different location and there was no rules for smiling for her either. Then my daughter was told that she had to wait because there was an earlier appointment that was scheduled at an earlier time and that appointment time for that person was 5 minutes before my daughter arrived, so she waited and no one ever showed up, then the lady helped my daughter. My daughter felt as if she was so awful and if she doesn't like her job then quit."
