Registered patients can access their healthcare information conveniently through our secure HealthCenterConnect Patient Portal. This online tool provides details about your care, appointments, and health education. Additionally, you can sign up at our health centers to receive HealthCenterConnect messaging services for timely updates and reminders.
Understanding the diverse needs of our community, we offer translation and interpretation services to assist health center patients and their families. Our centers are also at the forefront of public health initiatives, providing free COVID-19 vaccines to eligible Philadelphians. For those at risk of mpox exposure, vaccines are available at Health Center 1.
We prioritize confidentiality and accessibility in all our services. Philadelphians can receive free, confidential testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV, at City health centers 1 and 5. If you are uninsured, our centers offer services at a nominal fee based on family size and income, and we can assist you in applying for affordable health insurance.
Beyond our primary services, other health centers throughout the city provide free or low-cost medical care, focusing on prevention, wellness, and treatment for common illnesses.
