After further questions where she wasn't sure of the answer I was transferred to another employ who had the exact answers I needed. Great experience over all."

"I called the office today to simply get an answer for property tax reduction for seniors. The person who answered immediately switched me to an office (impolitely) where I got a recorded msg. to leave my name & phone number. That was 20 min. ago and it's 1:40 now. I wonder how long it takes for someone from the "tax office" to figure out such a simple question. I pay my taxes here in Bristol which are outrageous and to be treated like this is so very unprofessional and degrading. I'll post when (if) someone gets back to me today. Called back 2 more times and finally got someone nice to try & answer my question and was told to come to the office while the tax collector is there and a booklet will be waiting for me. Will keep posted on the outcome."
