"I chose them due to the 5 star rating. It was to do a straight cremation. I asked the cost he gave me a quote I said okay. What I should have asked was what does that include so that I would not have felt so nickeled and dimed in the end. I knew that I would purchases urns for my husbands remains he quoted me the cost of 1 large and 5 small. When I got my bill it was double what he quoted me when he had come out to my home. Prior to payment I had requested an invoice, the person in the office is very sweet she could not access my invoice for some reason when it was brought out to me it was almost double What I was told the cost for cremation would be. They screwed up the social security number on the death certificates this was after calling me twice to get the correct number they still let them be printed without correction. I notified them on the day that I received the death certificates that it was wrong. A week later he sent someone out to pick them up from me. Carlton is who I dealt with and he was very slow to respond and generally did not return phone calls in a timely manner. A horrible experience"
