"First of all, I would like to say, I have banked with Regions Bank for over 25+ years. For the last 5 yrs., I have experienced the most unprofessional customer service at the Wrens, Ga. Regions Bank, I have encountered anywhere and it just keeps getting worse. Thank goodness for the Harlem, Ga. And Thomson, Ga. branches of Regions Bank. Just FYI, I deposited a check for a large amount of money on February 24th, 2022 on Wright McCloud Attorney at Law, on Wells Fargo. Regions Bank (Wrens, Ga.) put a 10 day hold on the check. I was given the Regions Bank policy for holds on checks. On March 7, 2022, I go inside of Wrens, Ga. Regions Bank, to withdraw some money. They inform me, I am overdrawn and still have hold on the check. I go to another branch (Regions Bank) and within 2 minutes of entering the Branch Manager's office, ALL my money is released and in my account. By the way, the check cleared Wells Fargo on February 25th, 2022 and is posted to my account as a deposit made on that day, thanks to another branch of Regions Bank. There are so many people in Wrens that are talking about the way this bank is being handled. The way people are being treated, checks being on hold after clearing bank days before being released, cash deposits in drop box (not ATM) never posted. If someone with authority from Regions Bank would do a little HARD investigating and research they are sure to find that I am not a isolated customer with complaints. Regina Kent Thompson"

"The ATM is always closed and steals twenty dollar bills so inconvenient and also the workers give customers a hard time about cashing a check amount that doesn't equal or already exist in the bank account which makes no since. Like how are ppl suppose to make money if there unable to cash a check if there account is lower than the amount."

"I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I tried to put money into my husband's account with his card through the ATM. Well, the atm went crazy and basically shut down on me. It gave me back 20 dollars, when I put 170 in there, and it didnt even give me my husband's card back. I went in to explain the situation and the woman basically said there was nothing she could do. The only thing that could happen was that my husband could come up there, order a new card and dispute the money because they have no control over the atm. We are cancelling our account and moving banks."
