"I received a damaged unit. I requested a Return order request information on day 1 of receipt. I have written them every day with no response. I called them, the number is not answered. At best, this is a poorly run company. I think it is a scam. Save your money. Look elsewhere."

"I will rate them a 0 zero if zero was an option. I ordered one thing and got something else. Been trying to contact Customer Service for weeks now, no luck. No one to talk to when you call. Their products are not what they show on the website. Had I known, I would have read the reviews. It's all Chinese toys they are selling. Please read the reviews."

""Do not buy there products"! I'm having issues with their brush cutter not cutting anything. I complained about it, received videos about how to put blades and battery in correctly. Followed videos and still won't cut. Complained again. I'll probably be stuck with it because the 30 days return policy will run out before I am approved to return it. Return has to be approved before you send it back. Beware!!!"
