"The two blonde, middle-aged employees (not sure their names) were SUPER pushy about signing up for the kohl’s rewards. They literally asked closer to probably 10 times saying “please please” “are you sure?” “it’s free” and I kept politely declining. They one actually said “please I’m going to get reprimanded” and the other one joined in and was like “ya she’ll get in trouble”. I didn’t say anything about that but I had been very politely declining the kohls rewards cause I don’t shop there enough I just go for the sephora. They had been super nice and helpful before I said no to the kohls rewards but then when they finally accepted that I didn’t want to sign up they both acted very rude and disrespectful."

"I went there and I picked out a few items and the girl there her name was “CARLA” she was very rude and disrespectful. She got jealous and had an attitude with me. She definitely does not know what being respectful or being kind is. She was the worst. Horrible customer service."

"Horrible!!!! Customer service is the worst! I went there to get color matched for my concealer and the women said she would be right back to help. She ended talking to her associates in the front desk and still said to just wait a minute . Not even dealing with a customer! Insanity! Never will go back, I wish I could remember her name."

"The amount of attitude I was given at this store was truly astounding. The woman with orange hair there talked down to me like I was stupid and then told me to go to the Quakerbridge Mall so they could figure it out- which is 30 mins away in NJ. It was like I was talking to a drunk at a bar trying to start a fight rather than customer service. Highly advise not wasting your time there and just going to Quakerbridge like they advised."
