But the kicker is Tracey makes fudge and chocolate confections of her own. She was trained in Belgium and makes truly delicious high-quality chocolates that are to die for. "We used Tracey’s chocolate truffles as our wedding favors and let me tell you she did not disappoint!!! ALL of our guests loved the truffles and so did we! She was so easy to work with and when we had to add a 5th truffle at the last minute she was able to deliver without issue. Highly recommend!"
