"I found an advertisement on Facebook about shed organizing components fabricated by HangThisUp. I ordered the Max Shed Kit and paid via a third party site. Unbeknownst to me the shipping address was an old address that I had not lived at in over five years. The product shipped and was on its way to the former address. I emailed HangThisUp and explained my issue. The next day I was called (in person) by the owner Tim Hoff. He took it upon himself to retrieve the articles shipped and re-shipped another order avoiding any delays I might experience.
