"this car wash scratches your car like hell. don't ever go there if you go to the car wash to ask about the scratches, they are talking too very rude and behaving very very bad even to the monthly pass customer. I cancelled my monthly subscription. I sent an email to cancel my monthly subscription, they replied saying that the tag on the car need to be returned then only the subscription will be cancelled. after visiting to the car wash when I asked to take out the tag from my car to cancel the subscription, the worker asked me to get out from side immediately. doesn't even bother listen what I am saying. why the hell they asked me to go to car wash when you no need the tag. the management and employees both are very bad"
