"Horrible, horrible, horrible! They do not honor the prices that they land on through negotiation. I negotiated a price with the salesman but when we got to the purchase portion, the "sales manager" said no. Really? We had gone back and forth for days on this car and finally settled on a fair price, but when I called to put my deposit to hold the car, the sales manager added $1,500 to the price. That was more than we had started at! They do not keep their word and have no qualms about it! I do not recommend going there. People already have issues trusting used car dealers, now here is another reason! They bump UP prices after negotiation. I believe that negotiation is supposed to be a middle ground, no? Not meet in the middle then add to benefit the seller. Oh, right and LIE to the customer to get them to the sales table and switch it up on them! You see, some people do not have unlimited income or are willing to increase their debt for a lie. I happen to be one of these people. I will never even consider this place again and if I see this salesperson at another lot, I will walk away from that one, too! If possible I would give this place ZERO stars...."
"Speaking as a realist, although I was purchasing a used vehicle, I did not know the money pit I would be getting myself into. I was told I had new tires on my vehicle along with new brakes. On my way home from work a few months later, I had some of my tires burst because they were dry rotted. My brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and so there went hundreds of dollars down the drain based on information I was told to be true. I reached out to G motors and not one response did I received from them regarding this issue. I continue to pour money into this vehicle, even with extended warranty because I was told this truck was in excellent condition. Once they receive your money, they stop caring about you as a customer."
"If I could give negative stars, I would. Here is a list of issues/failures that should convince you to choose another dealership. 1). My credit card receipt was given to a stranger twice (the reason given was that they had the wrong phone number-as I was sitting there). I assumed that problem was rectified but it wasn't. More on that later. Oddly enough, our salesman Jose thought this was funny. He said, "well, only the last four numbers appear on the receipt." 2). We purchased a GMC Sierra (not an inexpensive purchase). Two weeks out of the warranty period, the transmission seized completely. 3). I reached out via telephone and Jose seemed concerned and asked me to email my receipts. He would forward them to the owner (who apparently was vacationing in Florida and couldn't respond). I sent receipts for out of state towing, transmission repair (transmission lines needed to be replaced also) and a rental car. I appreciate the fact that when G Motors saw the amount of money we were out of pocket, they were probably as stunned as we were. 4). Shortly after sending, I received an email from Jose (I assume after he reached out to the owner), stating that we should have purchased an extended warranty and we should haggle with the transmission repair shop (he thought the repair price was too high). 5). I called to speak to the owner but was unsuccessful. I incorrectly assumed that they would be willing to cover some of the costs since it was only 2 WEEKS out of warranty. 6). Circling back to the wrong phone number debacle. The temp tag was almost expired, so I called to see if there was an issue. Their response was "you won't get a ticket", just be patient. Two days after the expiration date, and after several phone calls, they told me that my tags were at another dealership and I could pick them up there. I asked the gentlemen why I hadn't been contacted and he asked me what my phone number was. Alas, it was the same wrong phone number listed. So just to recap, a perfect stranger has TWO credit card receipts and knowledge that our tags came in. Again, unorganized and unprofessional. All involved thought this was comical. 7). I again incorrectly assumed that G Motors would realize that a small dealership's reputation should be the highest priority given the amount of car dealers pining for business in this economy. 8). We are out of pocket thousands of dollars and not so much as a "we should stand by our vehicles and help out even in the smallest way". It was the exact opposite. Lesson learned for this consumer but my advice to future buyer is BEWARE. Once they have your money, you are on your own."
"Bought a truck from them 2 months ago , Motor blew already. After reaching out about a check engine light 3 different times within a months time frame , was ignored & lied to. Here we are today, they claim it is out of warranty. Highly NOT recommended!!! Jose will play nice guy until it is time for something to be fixed the CORRECT way."
"We went here to look at a truck and was greeted by Jose Ortiz. He was very friendly and professional, it was like talking to a friend. He guided us through the process of buying our GMC 1500 truck which we drove home the same day!! He answered any questions we had never missing a beat. The experience was amazing. Everyone there was friendly. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go! I highly recommend this place and ask for Jose!"
