"Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The sales person was giving me way too much attitude for someone who decided not to wear deodorant that morning. When she pulled products off the shelf for me, she would literally yank them away when I tried to hold them to look at their ingredients, price, etc. She also insisted on taking every item I looked at to the register and trying to force me to buy them. When I specified which product I wanted she hassled me and said “you only want this?? This isn’t even nice” (Bluemercury, why are you selling a $37 blush if it isn’t ‘nice’?) it’s a product I’ve used for years and love! So I bought it but I’m gonna return it today because I would rather give any other store my business."

"The salespeople in this store today were TERRIBlLE. I visit Princeton often to see family, was wearing makeup and nice clothing, and just stopped in to buy two products - Bobbi Brown foundation and moisturizer. It should have been the easiest, quickest “sale” ever! Instead, no fewer than five employees completely ignored me, even when I waited patiently at the checkout counter and no other customers were standing there. They seemed to prefer chatting to each other or testing the products on themselves. They were distracted, self-absorbed, and incredibly rude. I felt like I was at Kendall Roy’s birthday party — it was that terrible. There are lovely products in the store, but there’s no one there who might sell them to you."

"Amazing experience! Everyone was super helpful and beyond amazing. They treated my very nice and made sure I was being helped. Sunshine even gave me samples of products I was eyeing to try! Love it here"

"The other day Friday I believe, my daughter asked me to meet her at this particular store in Princeton, NJ. Upon arrival to the store first off, the individuals seemed to be frozen upon us entering into the store. This made for an uncomfortable and unerving feel. Their were two pleasant individuals who finally came to assist us. Other than that and the unpleasantness of some of the others. What was a daughter and father day out turned to an awkward situation. Our money spends like everyone else but we will probably not go there again. Thanks Bkuemercyry...."

"one of the worst experiences i have ever had. i was not greeted once in the store and every worker stared at me as i looked for a shade of concealer and did not offer any help. employee did not respond to me when i asked for them to get my shade of concealer. i felt judged as i walked in and throughout my entire experience. employees were helping customers that were well dressed yet as I was in a sweatshirt, I felt judged and was not given the same shopping experience and attention. I will not be shopping here again needless to say. judgmental, elitist, and rude."
