"So “the first wax is free” is not true. It’s half off even with a giant sign stating that at checkout. The lady I had was very sweet and made me comfortable but missed a lot of hair. I ended up need to do a lot myself when I got home. Overall very disappointed given all the advertisement about “first wax free” and needed to re-do a lot of the waxing."

"This was my first time getting waxed and I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone else who is nervous about getting their first wax. Ashlei was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. She was very quick and did her best to minimize any pain. She did a great job removing all of the hair without using a tweezer or any other tools besides the wax. Additionally, it was a very sanitary and clean environment as well. Both the wax specialists and the front desk staff are very kind and personable people and I definitely recommend coming here."
