"If I could give them no stars I would. Paid fully to rent a car for four days and when I get there to pick up the car I am told I need a $250 deposit fine no big deal can do that but then they wanna run my credit score Because I don’t have the best credit I cannot get the rental beware. That I’m told to call customer service to get back my almost $500. Nowhere on the website does it state if you’re using a debit card for your $250 deposit that they have to run your credit bad for business."

"I would go back here if my car broke down and I had to travel by hands and knees 50mi to work. I booked an suv Kia but instead I got a car for the same price. They tried to tell me that it was the same size and that it was compact as well smh. I returned to car a day early but they aren’t going to reimburse me for the day as they should. It’s a hot mess here and i feel that they should care about their customers enough to clean the inside of this place. It is filthy!! Not to mention the gps on the car didn’t even work."
