"Didn’t get approved for a car but maybe that was for the best. Rep wasn’t welcoming, seemed uncomfortably defensive when I asked expected questions for a dealership, and it seemed he was untruthful about whether an inspection was done by them or not when he changed from many yes’ to no, and acted weird when I asked for an inspection report saying they don’t give those (which no dealership has ever told me they don’t share that report, an important transparency for customers, like how can I verify your guarantee of a clean title and minor or no damage etc if you can’t show the report for the inspection you say you had done? Haha, so silly, they prob don’t like smart customers, womp womp). I worked a graveyard shift beforehand which wasnt ideal to be sleepless before my carhunt today but needed to look asap to drive for more work opportunities. I wasn’t my typical energy just bit tired but chill as usual and thought I’d let the rep know I was a bit tired but seriously looking. But the salesman gave weird vibes and made some smart remarks, so didn’t feel like a customer today. Like dude, you’re selling and I’m looking to buy, act like you wanna make your cut. I think he didn’t care for me being a black Muslim woman or something (which believe me I wouldn’t care-makes him the weirdo for being in customer service to all people) because his demeanor was a bit avoidant, which was weird as he’s supposed to be selling to me, but here we are in socially weird 2024. Anyway I like a place that’s transparent and Rep won’t scoff when you ask simple questions to ensure a best investment. Idc if I have $0 down or $3k down to give, I’m still making an investment towards this car. Idc if I have good or bad credit, I’m still a customer lol. It didn’t affect me,and again I was too tired to even deal, but I could’ve saved time and left sooner when he laughed at my questions (such as, can you at least tell me if it passed your inspection or not and show something?), like seriously. Actually pissed I didn’t say more than 1 clapback cause as I think about it, there was a lack of respect there and I typically nip that in the bud, I can be fiery if I want but maybe I’ve calmed myself down too much from past days, gotta let some people know you’re not some brainless softie. Found it RUDE that he kept laughing off my questions about cars I wanted to check out. Like dude I’m not getting messed over again, treat me with respect and be professional. Shame I didn’t get his name to share, would’ve remembered if the greeting and vibe was clear and welcoming tho. ALSO, they don’t let you test drive the car till you’re approved for financing. Too many weird rules I’ve yet to see at any other dealership in PA and Jersey. Meh."

"This is the worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Trashy salesman, untruthful sales transactions. Unfulfilled words that held no water. I was promised my car will be inspected and paid for. On the drive home. Check engine light comes on multiple issues with the car. And now they refuse to pay for the inspection and repairs they promised. A total joke. Don’t waste your time with this dealership. No one they are takes responsibility for their lack of action. I would definitely give this a -5 star company. They Do not deserve to be in business at all."

"If I can do zero stars this would definitely be for here. I purchased my first car 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport, with this company less than 2 months ago. While finishing up my paperwork and temporary registration I was left at their joint auto shop alone after being driven with a worker to complete this. Having to drive myself back to the dealership confused on why nothing was said to me. Before leaving the first day I was assured that my key would be made through their ‘key guy’ as they put it would call me. I inquired about my key and a problem I had with my heating and cooling due to my check engine light continuously coming on. I overall always had my dad, (my mechanic) to look over it and he ended up fixing the issue and overall doing my inspection. Resulting in the dealership to have to pay him and his shop for the service. They continued to say they would handle it and everything was fine with the temporary registration when I use my car everyday. After that first slotted 10 days of no stickers. My dad handled it. Since they were never on top of it or called back when they said they would. Now my car over heated today, the issue they already had known about and never contacted me to fix ahead of a problem like such occurring. Not to mention all day never got back to me until I called again voicing my concern. Now telling me they are closed on the weekends and i cannot get it towed to them until Monday. Not to mention I still DO NOT have my key after 2 months exactly in 5 days. Haven’t even had a so called ‘key guy’ contact me for the act of it being made. This dealership is horrible, and has no decent business. They do not follow through with anything they promise. Even a call back is unheard of from this place. Now I have to deal wit them until all my issues and concerns are met with. Which doesn’t seem in my favor."
