"I left my car for repair at 8 am in the morning. He said, "Wait here, I'll do it in 15 minutes." I waited. It was 3 pm. I left the shop He fixed the car. I had it fixed because I was going on a long trip the next day. The wheel bearings of the car were locked. I was almost dying. It came to triple a. I had another mechanical repair done. Long story short Do not buy a car from here or take your car to be fixed. If necessary, pay 200-300$$$ more. Don't be disgraced with your money. It's a waste of time. The car broke down. I called the person who fixed it on the phone. He blocked me. He is a characterless, dishonorable person. I’ve ever met he is turkish"
"Awful customer service, very rude. Would never use or recommend again. Made an appt, they had no record of it, even though I had email confirmation. Apparently only one employee (who only works two days a week) knows how to operate their system. How do you run a business and not know how to? Maybe get some training. Communication ZERO mechanics are worst mechanics Ive ever had beware my comments messed up my car wheel bearings"
